Corporate Events
Nestled in the enchanting landscape of the Lucca hills, with its Renaissance elegance, large centuries-
old park and winery producing high quality wine and olive oil, “La Badiola” fully embodies the culture
of beauty and fine living so dear to the Tuscans, providing a refined and sophisticated setting for any
event.



General Information
- “Corporate Events” shall include all initiatives organized by companies, public or private entities, associations, foundations, or self-employed professionals, with professional, institutional, commercial, promotional, or representational purposes, regardless of the possible presence of external guests.
- Each event has exclusive use for the day.
- The park and ground floor of the villa, consisting of a central hall, three adjacent rooms and two bathrooms, are made available for any type of event.
- Plan B - In case of bad weather, it is possible to move the event to the ground floor of the villa, in wich case, up to a maximum of 120 people can be seated. If you opt for a standing format with support tables and scattered sofas, up to 160 people can be accomodated. Externally, the maximum capacity is 400 people.
- It is in any case possible to set up a marquee without ground anchorage, the assembly and disassembly of which is the responsibility of the supplier. In this case we apply an extra charge to reserve the facility even the day before (or after) the event.
- Upon request and with an additional fee, exclusively for meetings and conferences the Salone della Seta on the upper floor is made available, along with the adjacent rooms limited to the coffee break. The upper hall has a maximum capacity of approximately 50 seated people.
- A quote for video projector, canvas, and microphone rental can be obtained upon request.
- Currently, it is not possible to arrange overnight stays within the venue. We do not have special agreements with nearby hotels but we can suggest some.
- The facility has an ample and well-lit car park for guests just outside the entrance gate.
Restrictions
- Where caterers are employed, if the event is scheduled for lunch, it must end by 06:00 p.m., and if scheduled for dinner, by 02:00 a.m.. However, upon request and with the assistance of the caterer, if communicated in advance, it is possible to extend the above time slots with an additional charge. All rooms must be vacated by caterers by 09:00 a.m. the following day.
- Outdoor music must be switched off by midnight, in compliance with Mayoral Ordinance No. 215 dated 10/08/2016. After this time, any continuation of music will be permitted exclusively inside the villa, with a sound level not exceeding 80 dB(A), provided that the noise perceived outside the building does not exceed 40 dB(A).
- The use of confetti, Chinese lanterns, fire baskets, smoke bombs and anything that may produce potentially incendiary sparks is strictly prohibited. Fireworks are permitted only in the area we have cordoned off and if performed by qualified personnel with certification from the Fire Department.
Suppliers
- We do not have an in-house kitchen service as we rely on external caterers. There are no restrictions on the choice of suppliers; however, we kindly ask that the names of all selected suppliers be communicated to us.
- However, if requested, it is possible to rely on us for the organization of the entire day. In this case, we will provide a package including catering, venue rental, and the hire of all necessary equipment.
- As a certified organic and vegan winery, during the event we will provide our own wines and extra virgin olive oil. Consumption will be invoiced after the event.
