The experience is by reservation only and also suitable for children.

Payment in advance is required, and cancellation is free of charge up to seven days before the date of the event. After this deadline, or in case of no-show, the full amount will be retained instead.

Please notify us of the actual number of visitors and of any allergies, intolerances, or other requests at least one week before the reservation.

Please note that all our wines and our EVO oil are organic and vegan. In addition, we use only typical local products, which are cooked on the spot to guarantee service of the highest quality.

If communicated at the time of booking, it is possible to customize the menu while always maintaining the Tuscan spirit in every dish with special attention to the seasonality of the products.

In addition to the cooking class, which will take place in the manor kitchen of the historic villa, the experience also includes:

• the guided tour of the winery, with an explanation of all the products and winemaking processes;
• a tour of the park and the Renaissance villa in its interior rooms, with a display of the historical events related to it.
• a tasting of what was prepared during the cooking class, accompanied by a selection of our best wines and our EVO oil.

The wine tasting list will vary according to the menu chosen so that it can best enhance the aromas and flavor of the various dishes.
