The Harmony of Senses
The Harmony of Senses is a unique sensory experience that brings together the world of fragrances and wine: a creative perfumery workshop followed by a guided tasting of our wines, discovering how scents and aromas speak the same language.
The experience is by reservation only.
Advance payment is required, and the cancellation policy is specified in the relevant brochure.
Please communicate the actual number of participants and any allergies, intolerances, or other requests at least 7 days prior to the booking.
Please note that all our wines and our EVO oil are organic and vegan. In addition, we use only typical local products, which are cooked on the spot to guarantee service of the highest quality.

During the workshop, each participant will be guided through an olfactory journey to create their own 30 ml personalized fragrance, learning how to recognize, combine and balance different aromatic notes. It is a practical and immersive experience that stimulates the senses and creativity, before rediscovering those same olfactory notes in the glass through a tasting that creates a dialogue between perfume and wine.
The experience includes:
- the guided tour of the winery, with an explanation of all products and winemaking processes;
- a tasting platter of Tuscan specialties, accompanied by a selection of our finest wines and our extra virgin olive oil.

The minimum number required for the
experience is 4 people up to a
maximum of 12 people (4-12 pax).
The start time is scheduled for 11:00 AM, and the average duration is approximately 3 hours.
