Pizza Rosé and Bollicine
Pizza, Rosé and Bollicine is an experience designed to highlight the meeting of two worlds that only seem difficult to reconcile: pizza and wine. A surprising tasting journey where rosé wines and sparkling wines accompany pizza in balanced, fresh and unexpected pairings, offering a new and enjoyable take on conviviality.
The dinner will follow the tasting format including bruschettas to taste our EVO oil and a glass of two of our best wines: Metodo Classico Millesimato Ventiquattronodi, pure Chardonnay with a fine and persistent perlage, and Rosè 25.11 IGT, pure Merlot with a lively coppery color.
The experience is by reservation only.
Payment in advance is required and cancellation is free of charge up to seven days before the date
of the event. After this deadline or in case of no-show the full amount will be retained instead.
Please notify us of the actual number of visitors and of any allergies, intolerances, or other requests at least one week before the reservation.
Please note that all our wines and our EVO oil are organic and vegan. In addition, we use only typical local products, which are cooked on the spot to guarantee a service of the highest quality.

The winery tour cannot be included in the experience.
If specified at the time of booking, it is also possible to customize the flavor of the pizzas while always maintaining the Italian spirit in each dish with particular attention to the seasonality of the products.
The minimum number required for the experience is 8 people up to a maximum of 20 people (8-20 ppl).
